Limoges is a city in southwest-central France and is famous for its decorated porcelain.
The Christmas lights and the buzz in the Christmas market were great. “Mutts on Tour” were wrapped up from head to toe but the French didn’t seem to be feeling the cold 😳 Maybe it was the mulled wine 🤪

In the historic center, medieval timber-frame houses line Rue de la Boucherie. Set in the former Episcopal Palace, the Musée des Beaux-Arts showcases the history of the city’s medieval enamel. The Gothic Cathédrale St-Étienne de Limoges took 6 centuries to complete.

We are up and at it early in the morning to visit the cathedral and the beautiful streets in the daylight.
We had a beautiful meal tonight in the only restaurant we could get into… Lots of restaurants were closed and those that were opened were all booked out. Anyway this very very very nice restaurant took pity on us and let us in out of the cold (-4 degrees). We had a beautiful meal. And can you believe Sheila wanted to ask them to put the sparkling water in a doggy bag 🙈
Another great day 😎

That’s because it cost €5.50 for a bottle😠
